Oral Presentations (Speakers, Young Researchers):
First submission deadline: end of February 2026 (most presenter selections will be made by this date)
Second submission deadline: May 2026 (used to complete remaining program needs)
Poster Presentations:
First submission deadline: end of May 2026
Second submission deadline: end of August 2026
Submission Requirements:
We accept abstracts for oral presentations (Speakers, Young Researchers) and posters. Please note: submissions are only accepted from registered contacts. After registration, contributors who indicate interest in presenting will receive detailed instructions via the registration form workflow.

Intended for students and early-career researchers (recent graduates)
Scientific Committee:
Submitted abstracts are reviewed by our Scientific Committee, who decide which contributions will be included in the program—ensuring high relevance and scientific quality.
