Website Visits

Technical data collection for network security and user experience optimization.

Event Registration

Data required for contract performance includes first name, last name, address, email, organization, and payment details.

Audio/Video Recording

• Participant photos/videos used for promotional purposes with consent
• Lecturer recordings livestreamed and retained for 30 days post-event

• IT service providers (livestream platform Confiva Global d.o.o.)

• Banking and accounting service providers

5. Data Retention

Duration depends on data type and processing purpose. Post-event retention may extend up to 5 years for legal defense purposes or internal analysis.
